4. Artwork and Customer-Supplied Files

- Logos
- Photographs

- Copyright material
submitted to us for printing.
We may refuse to print material where we reasonably believe that doing so
could breach the law or another person's intellectual property rights.
5. Artwork Approval
Where an artwork proof is provided, production will normally begin after
customer approval.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking approved artwork.
Once artwork has been approved, we cannot normally accept responsibility
for errors that were clearly present in the approved artwork.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an error is caused by us
or where the goods do not conform to the contract.

Printing and manufacturing processes may involve reasonable production
tolerances.
Minor variations may occur in areas such as:
- Colour

using processes with inherent production tolerances.

Where we are responsible for delivery under the contract, we will comply
with applicable legal requirements.
9. Personalised and Bespoke Products
Many of our products are made specifically to customer requirements.
Personalised and bespoke products may not be eligible for cancellation
simply because a customer changes their mind where an applicable
statutory exception applies.
Please see our separate
Refund and Returns Policy for further information.
10. Refunds and Returns
Refunds, cancellations and returns are dealt with in accordance with our
Refund and Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or restricts statutory
consumer rights.
11. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their own intellectual property unless
otherwise agreed.
By supplying artwork to us for printing, customers grant us permission
to reproduce that material to the extent necessary to fulfil the order.
We do not acquire ownership of customer artwork merely because it has
been uploaded or supplied to us.
We may retain copies of artwork where reasonably necessary for production,
repeat orders, customer support, dispute resolution or legal purposes.
12. Customer Responsibility for Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that supplied artwork does not
infringe another person's copyright, trademark, design rights or other
intellectual property rights.
Customers agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unlawful
use of third-party intellectual property, except to the extent that a
claim is caused by our own actions, negligence or breach of contract.
13. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse to print content that we reasonably believe:

- Is defamatory
- Infringes intellectual property rights
